Sarita Giri is a versatile actor, theatre director, and costume designer based in Kathmandu, Nepal. With a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Tribhuwan University, Sarita has excelled in a variety of roles in theatre, including notable performances in "Oedipus Rex" and "Jaat Sodhnu Jogiko," and has directed acclaimed productions like "Kabita" and "Aswosthama Hato Hata." Her film work spans titles such as "Acharya" and "Soongava," and she has been recognized at the Cannes Film Festival and awarded Best Actress at NIFF 2021. Sarita has also enriched her craft through global workshops in physical theatre, set design, and clowning.
