About the Course

Nepali is the official language of Nepal and is widely spoken in several regions/areas of neighboring countries, especially in parts of India. Nepali has a rich oral and written tradition, reflecting the country’s history, culture, and literature. In this course, you’ll progress from a complete beginner to an intermediate level, learning to read, write, speak, and understand Nepali.

Nepali for Beginners – Level 1

• 8 classes over 1 month, 2 classes per week, each 1 hour long

• Students can choose the days and times that suit their schedules best.

• An additional class for review, Q&A, examination, feedback, and ratings will be provided.

Course Objectives

• To help expatriates learn to communicate effectively in Nepali by gaining a solid foundation in the language.

• To develop proficiency in the four key language skills: speaking, listening, writing, and reading.

• To promote cultural exchange and cross-cultural understanding.
